Easier than CAT
"I like this design because the buckle keeps you from having to slide the tourniquet on. It also has the easier dial to turn instead of twisting a slippery stick."

"Goes on quickly, spin the wheel to tighten. Someone told me that the nylon straps may snap under pressure. Other than that, I like it, hope I never have to use it."
