I wear 3x shirts will this fit?: I cannot guarantee this. The manufacturer advises this will fit up to XL. I suggest reviewing the additional images that show the measurements of the item.

What is the difference between this and the Condor Exo Plate carrier: the two have slightly different features but are similar in style and the EXO plate carrier is available in 2 size ranges where as the operator carrier is only available in one size.
Will x-large military issue sappi plates fit in this carrier?: this plate carrier can accept up to 10x13 size plates
Is this a one size fits all vest?: Yes, this Condor Carrier is one size fits all.

Is there a way to mount normal duty gear such as ASP scabbard, handcuff case, flashlight holder and duty mag pouches to the molle?: you would not be able to mount those to Molle unless they were molle compatible.
You list the carrier in a-tacs camo, but you don't specify. Condor makes the carrier in both foliage green and arid urban. Pictures are shown of both. Which a-tacs pattern is available?: The color in the drop down menu would be the standard ATACS in the arid urban. the Foliage green atacs has been discontinued and was removed from the site.
Is there an example of all the colors?: we do not have pictures of all colors at this time we would recommend just searching google images or yahoo for quick examples of the colors.
Is there a way to connect this PC to a combat belt?: Unfortunately this does not have clips or straps to connect to a belt.
Will a AR500 Armor Curved Trauma Plate Advanced Shooters Cut - 10"x12" fit this carrier front and back?: Yes, those plates will fit in this carrier.
Do plates come with this vest? If not what size preferred to get?: This is just the carrier only. The carrier is able to accept up to 10 x 13 plates. Accepts up to 6 x 8 side panel plates.

can I wear this vest without the cummerbund is it removable: no the cummerbund is required to keep the vest securely on you so it does not move around.

my vest is just a standard level 2 ballistic vest soft armor for work. This will hold it?: The last 2 pictures of the carrier are the dimensions for the front and back of the carrier, so as long as you measure against those measurements, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't fit.
The multi-cam version listing states that it is made of Cordura. Is this cheaper version also made of Corder?: This is made of Cordura as well

If you wear a size X-Large or under, this Condor Plate Carrier should fit, anything larger is not guaranteed.
It has a bit of a factory smell, and I would like to rinse it off. Are there care instructions for this vest?: we have double checked the vest and the manufacture does not include care instructions for the vest but we just recommend removing your armor from the carrier and anything else you would not want to get wet and simply take it outside and rinse it off with your hose and use a mild soap and rag to wash the carrier down and simply rinse the soap off and let it hang dry in the sun.
