: The Magpul MOE Polymer Rail sections are designed for use with MOE hand guards and forends and allow the attachment of various 1913 Picatinny-Spec rail-mounted accessories such as lights, vertical grips, etc.

Injection molded from a proprietary reinforced composite for enhanced strength and durability while remaining lightweight, our Rail Sections also feature beveled ends to reduce snagging and eliminate sharp corners and edges.

All hardware necessary for attachment directly to integral mounting slots on MOE Hand Guards and Forends is included. Additional hardware may be necessary for other applications.

Size L2 (5 Slots), max overall length of 2.5". Mounting screw center-to-center of 1.2".

Size L3 (7 Slots), max overall length of 3.3". Mounting screw center-to-center of 1.6".

Size L4 (9 Slots), max overall length of 4.1". Mounting screw center-to-center of 2.4".

Size L5 (11 Slots), max overall length of 4.9". Mounting screw center-to-center of 3.2".

"Wanted to put a MAGPUL hand guard on my AR 15. Figured I would add the rail while I was at it. Relatively easy to install. It helps to have a pair of needle nose pliers to hold screw base in place. Looks good. I got the 9 slot. Need to mount it as far forward as possible."

Could I use this to mount a Streamlight TLR-1 HL to a MAGPUL Mossberg MOE Forend?: I don't see why that wouldn't work, you may want to look into purchasing a shotgun coiled pressure switch for it though and be sure to get the door assembly that accommodates the remote switch- http://www.lapolicegear.com/streamlight-plug-in-remote-switches-tlr-weaponlights.html
will this attach to a standart M4 handguard?: These Magpul Rail Sections were only designed to be used with the Magpul MOE Hand Guards.
