    how do the straps attach in between the lugs and is it easy to replace the rubber strap w/a generic nylon strap from another supplier
    The watch bands are held in place by 2 little bars that can collapse on them selves, kind of like a toilet paper roll holder. It would be very easy to switch out the straps.
