Comfortable, Light, Proven, Amazing Value

"I am very surprised at how inexpensive these plates were. When I saw the price, I wanted to see some live fire reviews. Mrgunsngear did live fire testing on these and other LAPG Level 4 plates, and they all lived up to the Level 4 standard! From that point on, I knew I had to get these! My only other concern was whether or not they would fit into my Spartan Armor Systems Sentinel High Mobility Swimmer's Cut plate carrier. I chose that carrier because the shape of it (and Spartan Swimmer's Cut plates) looked to be a similar shape to LAPG's Shooter's Cut plates. I am happy to say that they fit PERFECTLY! It is almost like these plates and that carrier were designed for each other. Out of respect for LAPG, I won't link an outside company's product, but it can be easily searched and found. The plates are very light and comfortable. Overall weight (10x12 front and back + 6x6 sides + carrier + trauma pads for all plates) approximately 20 lbs. I have good range of movement and can easily do all necessary tasks, including shouldering a rifle. These plates are affordable, comfortable, lightweight, and there is documented video evidence of their efficacy. 6 out of 5 stars!"

"Great fit and finish. I was a little worried because they are so much more affordable than other manufactures but it after some careful research and watching a ton of testing videos I happily placed my order. packaging was nice, price was affordable, and quality was there. The only thing I disliked was the big ole "made in china" sticker in the middle of the plates. that could have been left off. other than that I'm extremely happy and have recommended them to all of my friends."
