You should order the Large size as this is a 40-44
What are the overall lengths of the different size belts?
I'm not quite sure if the overall length will help you to determine sizing, because there is velcro involved that you would fold over once you secured the buckle. I'll give you the measurements from end to end, but please keep in mind that about 26" of that is where you would fold it over to secure with velcro - Medium = 51" Large = 55.5" X-Large = 62.5"
Can this belt be used for climbing?
This is not intended to be used for climbing.

A medium fits a 36"-40" should be good.

I'm sorry for the confusion, yes we will continue to carry these forward.
Will the buckle go through standard pants loops
It would depend on the pants, however, most tactical pants can accomodate at least a 1.5" belt.
Will the 36 - 40 inch belt be too big for a 32 inch waist?
We normally suggest going up 2 sizes from your normal waist size when ordering belts to allow extra room. Since this starts at a 36, this will most likely be too big for a 32 waist
