An Excellent Backpack

"This pack is my favorite - a perfect size for daily use with an ample main section plus the small zipper side pocket and the front smaller section with organizer features. I have been using one daily for the past several years as my office pack, and more recently on a few hiking excursions and motorcycle commutes. Just a great functioning and great looking pack. I’m kinda partial to the heather gray with jeans :) And at the LAPG price…a great deal. Just recently ordered a second one. Highly recommend!"

Solid for less money

"Got the bag in black, with the removal of the velcro patches the bag blends in well. No major repairs needed over the 2 1/2 years of use. Not alot of stiff panels on the bag so it rolls up well when not in use. Enough storage for most necessities, no dedicated CCW compartment but can hold a ballistic panel and a laptop in the dedicated spot in the main pocket."

"I have three of these. 2 have been great. The third one hasn’t lasted from daily use by my 12 yr old carrying books to school. I have other LAPG gear bags and they’ve held up well. Guess this one is a lemon. See pics."

Q&A

What is the storage capacity of these backpacks? Cubic Litres?: Hello, The storage capacity in cubic liters is 1768 cu. in./29 Liters
Could the laptop sleeve fit a SafeLife Defense (or other brand with a rounded top) 11x14 backpack soft panel?: This would be too wide as the overall dimensions of the pack are 13" across.
Would the side mesh pouch hold a standard 32 oz Nalgene bottle?: We didn't have any Nalgene bottles to test, but we used a 32 oz and 40 oz CamelBak bottles and they fit just fine. You shouldn't have an issue!
what size laptop will it hold?: The pocket is approximately 10x12 to accommodate either a plate or laptop. I THINK a laptop screen of around 15" would have overall dimensions of 10x12, but you'll need to measure your laptop dimensions to ensure a proper fit.
