"Pros: True to size, simple zippers instead of fighting any Velcro, two good cargo pockets, two slip pockets for cell phones or etc. , I use one of the front D rings for hanging my key chain, which will fall right into the slip pocket. The two smaller pockets on the cargo pocket are excellent for pens and flashlights. Side pockets perfect for a knife with a clip.
Cons: The elastic stretch waistband is very limited, thus don't gain any weight. If you plan to carry IWB, you NEED to order a size up. Buckel in photo is not included."

Comfortable fit, but would love Terrain Flex pocket layout
"These shorts are excellent—the fit is exactly as expected and the STS stretch material makes them very comfortable for all-day wear. The 10-pocket layout offers plenty of storage, and I’m happy with the quality.
However, I really wish LAPG would make a version of these (or a new short) that used the hip pocket design found on their Terrain Flex Straight Fit Jeans. I love the placement of those side hip pockets; they are ideal for my specific EDC setup. It’s not that I don’t like the number of pockets on the Atlas, but the Terrain Flex placement is just more practical for what I carry. If they made an Atlas short with those hip pockets, they’d be perfect!"

tactical pants have elastic waistband. Why not “stretch” shorts? Somewhat uncomfortable. I am a tight 32”. 34” would be a terrible fit. . !"
