Great vest!

"I tried to upload photos to my other review earlier but was unable, adding them here. To summarize, this vest is awesome It's great value for the price, gets the job done. My only qualm is if you're a very thin fellow like me (5'7 115 lb male) it's going to be completely cinched up as much as possible everywhere it can be, which can be slightly uncomfortable. I even had to cut off the shoulder straps because they were so bunched. Otherwise it's a great vest."

LAPG - Atlas MOLLE Plate Carrier

"Appears to be a great fit and finish. I like the string construction, how it retains the plates, how easy it is to adjust to fit, and the overall look of the carrier. If I had one gripe, it's that I wish the overall length was slightly longer. I'm 6' 2", 250 lbs, and all my height is in my torso. The plates sit in the vital areas and the carrier has plenty of real estate for different pouches. I'm just used to the plate carriers I wore in the Marine Corps still, and this carrier is more no frills. Overall, especially for the cost, I am extremely satisfied."

Is this Vest considered a level IIIA?: This is only the plate carrier, you would need to purchase those plates to put in the carrier. It will accommodate 10"x12" level IIIA plates.
Will this plate carrier allow for magazine holsters either 565 types or pistol 45acp or 9 mm types to be added to the carrier? thx dt: This carrier is fully MOLLE compatible. If you have a MOLLE carrier for them then yes.

Can i use a drop pouch like the Ferro Concepts Dangler on this carrier?: It would only be able to be mounted to the top center area since that pouch specifically only connects via Velcro. I'd recommend another pouch that attaches via MOLLE so you can affix it a bit lower on the body.

I understand that the vest carrier will accommodate 10" x 12" plates. What are the dimensions of the vest carrier?: Hello, This item is fully adjustable. The front and back panels are approximately 11"x12.5". The front panel has approximately a 6"x9" velcro panel inside for the cummerbund to attach. The cummerbund is 43" long with approximately 4" of velcro on each end. With minimal amounts of velcro used for closure, we advise that this can be expanded to approximately a 50" circumference. The shoulder straps are approximately 12" long and can expand about another 8".
Will this fit the point blank ballistic vest: Hello, No, we do not advise that a vest and carrier be used together like that. For the plate carrier, we recommend using plates.
