When our team decided to build a pant to compete with the big names in very high-end tactical pants and combat pants, we knew we had to go all out. These combat pants had to have the quality, the fabric, the features, the comfort & durability. It has taken years to go through development, samples, testing, wear test feedback, and hundreds of iterations. All that hard work has paid off in the absolute best pants we have ever produced here at LAPG.

Cordura NYCO Extreme Ripstop Fabric
To start, you get the best of the best Cordura NYCO Extreme Ripstop Stretch fabric. This fabric is 48% Cotton, 50% Cordura, and 2% spandex with a 170 GSM weight. These are the real deal that perform the absolute best in high demand situations. The Cordura NYCO Extreme Ripstop Stretch fabric is lightweight and incredibly breathable at 170gsm, but still incredibly tough and durable. The added stretch makes these even more comfortable. This genuine Cordura NYCO Extreme Ripstop fabric is what you'd expect to find in a top of the line pant.
D3O (Delta Three Oscar) Knee Protection System
The included (yes, included) D3O knee protection system comprises of both an internal impact resistant knee pad and an external outer cap that is abrasion and puncture resistant. The internal P10 knee pad is soft, flexible, and offers superior impact protection. It is still low profile and comfortable, and delivers a 50% reduction in transmitted force while still being 50% thinner for improved mobility & comfort. The external P12 Rubber Outer Cap meets puncture, flammability, and abrasion standards but is also incredibly thin, flexible, and lightweight. When you combine these two elements together, you get the best knee protection. Most other brands would charge you an extra arm and a leg to get just one of these knee pad sets, but our ACP Combat Pants come with everything included.
LAPG spent hundreds of hours developing the knee pad system and knee pad pocket configuration to be extremely modular depending on your use case. All knee pads are fully removable and can be run independently of each other depending on your needs. When the outer cap is removed, we have designed the pants to have a cleaner & low-profile appearance at the knee. The surrounding fabric to the knee pads includes a Cordura Oxford Fabric that is 100% nylon. This fabric is tough and comfortable to support the knee pad. We also added a nylon/spandex stretch panel around the rest of the knee area to give more mobility and comfort to the entire knee region.
Athletic Regular Fit
For the fit, we took our customer feedback over the decades we've been producing pants and produced a fit that perfectly balances comfort and room for mobility, but a clean and straight fit that doesn't look too baggy.

Pockets & Features
The ACP includes all the features you could need in a full featured combat pant. It features 14 dedicated pockets (details below). It also includes high end YKK hardware, reinforced stitching, and added bartacks to reinforce high stress areas. We added stretch panels in the gusset, rear yoke, and knee pads for extra comfort & mobility.
The waist is incredibly adjustable with a hook & loop main closure, and two hook & loop adjustment straps to get the perfect fit for you. We also added adjustment straps at the knee to help you get the position and placement you need for your knee pad system.
