Almost Perfectly Functional

"This chest pack is an amazing concept. The coyote color is very vivid and the pouches are very functional. It received a three star rating because the neck strap is very uncomfortable. They should have added two other straps to tie in with the waste strap to alleviate the weight pressure on the neck and spread the weight to the upper shoulders and waist. Should have used 550 cord on the zippers. These will be my personal upgrades to make it more comfortable and functional or just more suited for intended purpose. The maker is very close to making the perfect chest pack to supplement a backpack. I may just purchase the backpack to complete the set."

"Great bag/pouch. Simple design & lightweight. Rides draped over seat for quick access from patrol car. Have it lightly loaded w/ spare rifle & pistol mags, spare tourniquet, chest seal, stop bleed & bandage. Mini flashlight, a few water packets, energy bar & pocket knife. Emergency bail kit. Not to be confused w/ my heavy armored juggernaut kit in the trunk. The plus is the substantial “BLEM” discount (I can’t find the BLEM! Nice work LAPG!"

Q&A

I can definitely see the usefulness of this chest pack attachment with military, police, EMS, etc. Also, I have 4 kids, and as I was watching the product video, I thought there could be an untapped marketing opportunity for dads and moms. They could use this to take care of little ones on an airplane trip, hike, etc. without having to unsling a pack or dig a bag out from under an airplane seat to get what you need quickly to changing a diaper in an airplane bathroom, on a tailgate, in a restaurant, etc. not to mention having snacks, charger cords, meds, and any number of things at the ready for kids. Granted you might get some strange looks wearing this in those settings, but when you have little kids, function takes over for fashion. I didn’t know if this had this come to mind.
