The High Speed Gear MPC Modular Plate Carrier gives you a convertible kit for range or the street. The plate pockets are constructed of heavy-duty nylon. The Sure-Grip Padded Belt provides additional MOLLE storage options and additional stability due to the neoprene lining. Neoprene shoulder pads offer further comfort and stability.
