The Blackhawk S.T.R.I.K.E. MOLLE Single M4/M16 Mag Pouch is constructed of 500 denier nylon (solid colors) or 500 denier CORDURA nylon (MultiCam). The pouch mounts to any S.T.R.I.K.E. or PALS/MOLLE platform by weaving the integral straps on the back of the pouch in and out of the platform webbing.

Poorly designed.

"These clips are great, not so much for the speed, but the ride of the pouches once you use them. To be honest they're kind of a wench to install, far from speedy, but when you weave them in and out and get the hooks around both your pouch and surface molle everything is knit very tight. One of my big dislike of malice clips is stuff tends to sag as a result of the loop design. The Blackhawk clips (which are more like sticks really) don't allow that, pouches feel very tight as if they are mated to the surface. Everything feels snug and I don't get a lot of pouch movement from the slack between all my attached stuff and my pack."

"What can be said about this. It works great and I prefer this to almost any other type of speedstick. I find these and the VTAC speedstick to be perfect for my needs. That said, these are a bit more firm than the VTAC ones so they can be easier to thread through the molle."

I'm interested in putting a ESSTAC kydex insert into my mag pouch. Does this pouch has velcro inside or molle webbing inside to secure the insert?
No, this pouch does not have velcro of MOLLE webbing on the inside.
