"I found the rollup perfect for my Wilderness First Responder kit. Pockets hold BSI ( gloves, mask, trash bag ), , basic tools ( penlight, notepad, sharpie, pulse oximeter, irrigation syringe ) , multiple medications , multiple dressings, bandages and tape. The center loops can accomodate items that won't fit in pockets; shears, Sam splint, stethoscope, cold pac etc. It will still roll up and fasten with all this in it . The only thing that won't fit is a wrist BP cuff and I attach that to the outside handles in a small drybag."

Good bag, but could use some improvements.

"My intended use for this bag was to create a wilderness first aid kit for my Boy Scout Troop. I found that the pockets were a bit small to accommodate some of the items I wanted to include and I could not modify the pocket size, so I had to find another option. However, I ended up using this bag to organize many of the smaller items in my backpack (10 essentials, bug spray, sun block, extra paracord, etc.). So while I found this a bit small for a medic roll, it's a really nice, sturdy bag with lots of other potential uses."
