The blend will feel like your 100% cotton BDUs however they will keep their color better and will shrink less. How do you size the BDU pants? Normally wear a 36" waist and 30" inseam. The Large Regular size was way off on both.: Good Morning! 36x30 would fall into our Large / Regular sizing. Do these have a water resistant coating?: No, this item does not have a coating like that. Check out our ATLAS pants, though those have zippers and not a button fly like these.

I have a pair of your pants, and I don't like the hook and loop buttons on the back pockets. Why did LA Police Gear go away from providing the pocket for the 5.11 knee pads? These were a great pair of pants and just as durable as the other higher priced pants. But now they don't come with the kneepad pocket on the inside?: we do apologize but yes the knee pad pocket was removed at this time. i will forward this to our design department though to see if i can figure out why this was removed or if this was simply an oversight and can be added back into future productions.

I take a large short in bdu's Why aren't you offering this size?: unfortunately at this time we do not produce a large short for sizing through our manufacture. we will look to see if it is a sizing option that can be made available for future production runs.

I am a female and wear a size 8 what size should I order: We have heard that to convert women's sizing to men's you will need to add 21 to the size you wear. So since you wear a size 8, add 21 and you will have 29. You will want to purchase a 29" waist which would mean you will need to order a Small/Regular in these pants.
Hello, LAPG! Is the 60/40 fabric in these pants the same weight as the fabric in your Operator Tactical pants and the Urban Operator pants? Thanks very much!: They should be the same weight, the only thing that would make them lighter or heavier than eachother would be the design or pockets, but other than that the fabric is the same and from the same manufacturer.

I wear a 30/34. what size do I get?: There is a size chart to the right of the size selection that will show you how the sizes fit with standard pants sizes. Unfortunately you are in a difficult spot for sizing. There isn't one pair that fits your waist/inseam measurements perfectly.
