Is the ASP Black Chrome Expandable Baton legal for a civilian to own in the state of California?: If you live in California, we require a police, military, or security guard license in order to ship this item to you.
How long is the 26" baton when closed?: It is 9.5" closed.
What is the diameter of the 26" baton ?: its is a 1" diameter at the widest part and .5" at the tip.
I have a security guard license issued in California to carry a baton. Does that meet the requirements to order an ASP baton?: Yes that would qualify you for purchase. You simply need to send in a copy of your certification to cs@lapolicegear.com with a copy of your order number or customer ID number and they will get it added. If you choose to wait once your order goes through you will be emailed a request for ID.
Do all ASP Products have a lifetime warranty against defects from non-abusive use; such as bends, failure to deploy or close, cracks, other mechanical failure?
