The The Kershaw CQC-6K Emerson Folding Knife 6034 features a modified clip-point blade which gives this blade superb and versatile cutting capability. The blade features two finishes: a satin finish on the upper and a stonewashed finish on the grind. The black-oxide coating protects the blade while making it non-reflective. The olive drab G-10 handles provide a secure grip and a locking liner means safe and solid blade lock up.
The CQC-6K is a manual opener using either the thumb disk or the patented Emerson "wave shaped feature." This opening feature enables the knife to be opened seamlessly you remove it from the pocket. The blade is deployed and ready for use by the time you pull it from pocket. This is due to the small wave-shaped tab on the top of the blade that is built to catch on the pocket seam, opening the knife as it comes out of the pocket.
The pocketclip is reversible for left- or right-handed carry.
