Kershaw 9.5" Narrow Fillet Knife
This 9.5-inch Fillet's blade is the right size for salmon, pike, steelhead, and most larger fish. Because of the larger size of these fish and the extra surface area you'll need to cut through, you'll appreciate having a much longer blade.
The blade is razor-sharp 420J2 stainless steel for amazing corrosion resistance which is very important for use in a wet environments. The steel is also tough and sharpens easily. The Blade is also flexible to make filleting easier and helps to preserve the delicate flesh and flavor of the fish.
The handle is glass-filled nylon for durability and features a rubberized overmold with our exclusive K-Texture grip. The K-Texture pattern ensures you always have a secure hold even in slippery conditions. For easy storage, the 9.5-inch Fillet with K-Texture includes a blade protector.
