    The Galco SkyOps Holster Y-Hook accessory attaches to the SkyOps inside the pants holster with a screw and post. Ambidextrous, black color. US Patent #7204395.

    YH125 fits 1" and 1 1/4" belts.
    YH150 fits 1 1/2" belts.
